Je comprends que Roninova Jiujitsu n'exige pas que les membres signent un contrat pour une période prolongée, nous travaillons sur une base mensuelle. Les membres peuvent annuler à tout moment par courriel à info@roninova.ca  dix jours avant le debut de la prochaine période de paiement . Les remboursements seront évalués en fonction de chaque situation personnelle mais ne constituent pas une obligation.

Je comprends que mon premier cours est GRATUIT et sans engagement, et qu'après cela, mon option d'adhésion débutera. J'accepte de payer ma cotisation au club soit par virement électronique, soit en espèces.

Si je ne suis pas en mesure d'effectuer un paiement, j'informerai le propriétaire du club et je prendrai un arrangement.

1. Je certifie ne souffrir d'aucune maladie empêchant la pratique du Jiu-Jitsu ni d'aucune maladie pouvant être aggravée par cette pratique ou par n'importe quel autre activité physique ou sport de contact .
2. Aucune inconduite d’aucune sorte ; cela peut concerner le comportement avec les autres étudiants et entraîneurs, l'intoxication de toute nature est interdite et peut entraîner et entraînera une résiliation de l'adhésion sans remboursement.
3. Reconnaître et comprendre que l'entraînement aux arts martiaux est une activité de contact physique et que ma participation pourrait entraîner des blessures graves, notamment une invalidité permanente ou la mort, ainsi que de graves pertes sociales et économiques.

Je certifie que je suis en bonne condition physique et que je ne souffre d'aucune maladie, blessure ou autre condition qui pourrait nuire à mes performances ou à mon bien-être physique et mental lors des entraînements et/ou des compétitions. Si j'ai des blessures ou des maladies qui pourraient affecter ma capacité à participer, j'en informerai les dirigeants et les entraîneurs du club.
8. Le coût de tout traitement ou hospitalisation résultant d'une blessure pendant l'entraînement ou le jeu ne sera en aucun cas payé par Roninova Jiujitsu, ses organisations affiliées et ses instances dirigeantes, leurs dirigeants, instructeurs et personnel, les autres membres des organisations, les participants, les superviseurs, les entraîneurs. , les organismes parrains ou leurs agents.
9. I understand that Roninova Jiujitsu does not require members to sign a contract for an extended period of time, we work on a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel at any time by e-mail to info@roninova.ca provided the cancellation is done 10 days before the next payment period. Reimbursements will be evaluated based on each personal situation but not an obligation.

I understand that my first class is FREE with no obligation, and that after that my membership option will begin.

I agree to pay my club dues either by e-transfer or cash. If I am unable to make a payment, I will notify a club owner and make an arrangement. 

1. I certify that I'm not suffering from any condition that could prevent me from practicing Jiu-Jitsu or any condition that could get worse due to physical activity or contact sports . 
2. No misconduct of any kind; this can be in terms of behaviour with other students and coaches, intoxication of any kind is prohibited and can and will lead to a termination of membership with no reimbursement.
3. Recognize and understand that martial arts training is a physical contact activity and that my participation might result in serious injury, including permanent disability or death, and severe social and economic loss.
4. Recognize and understand that such risk may be due to not only my own actions, but also the action, inaction or negligence of others.
5. Assume all of the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any damages that may result from injury, permanent disability or death.
6. Enter martial arts training entirely of my own free will and understand the importance of following the rules of training and competition. 
7. I certify that I am in good physical condition, and have no disease, injury or other condition that would impair my performance or physical and mental well-being during training practice and/or competition. If I have any injuries or illnesses that could affect my ability to participate, I will notify the club managers and coaches.
8. The cost of any treatment or hospitalization arising from injury during training or play shall not under any circumstance be paid by Roninova Jiujitsu, its affiliated organizations and governing bodies, their officers, instructors and personnel, other members of the organizations, participants, supervisors, coaches, sponsoring organizations or their agents.
9. Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, Roninova Jiujitsu, its affiliated organizations and governing bodies, their officers, instructors and personnel, other members of the organizations, participants, supervisors, coaches, sponsoring organizations or their agents, and if applicable, owners and leasers of the premises from any and all liability to the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses and damages which may be sustained and suffered on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the realeasees or otherwise.
